Living Wild and Free

Living Wild and Free

May 09, 2018

In this blog post we are sharing a piece we wrote for Face the Current's May edition of 'Keep it Wild'. Face the Current is a global healthy-aspirational lifestyle publication. Their mission is to inspire and create a ripple effect of positive change in the world. They provide 'fuel' for an inspired life to live on purpose and to your potential.

In this edition they consider what 'keeping it wild' truly means. How we can choose to not being ruled by fear and anxiety; that we can free ourselves from the constraints and expectations others place on us and have the courage to be our most authentic selves. They also explore other things wild, from travels to remote wilderness and the Van Boom lifestyle trend, to the art of re-wilding back to human nature, extreme sports feats, and going wild on green smoothies and wild edibles! There is also a 3 part interview with Dr. Bruce Lipton who reveals how something as simple as your thoughts can have a ripple effect of powerful impact all the way down to your DNA!
