Our return policy is 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
There are certain situations where refunds are not applicable. Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund, check with your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted, it can take up to 3-5 business days. If you have still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and any item must be replaced by the same item. If you have an item you would like exchanged or replaced email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to our shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
